O Queen and Mother of all priests, it was by thee that Jesus, the High Priest and Victim, was given unto the world, and He in turn has given thee as Mother to us.

Consecration of the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Peter to the

Immaculate Heart of Mary

11 February

The Priestly Fraternity of Saint Peter has always fostered a great love and devotion to our Blessed Lady since its inception in 1988. This is most clearly seen in the Marian blue that graces the crest of the Fraternity: a constant reminder of Her protection and help. Since 2021, the Fraternity has prayed a Novena to our Lady, in preparation for our annual consecration to Her Maternal Protection beginning on 2 February. The Consecration on 11 February, the Feast of our Lady of Lourdes, has become a special time of grace for us as we have seen over the past few years. Here at the Shrine, we will offer a Novena of Masses in conjunction with our Novena of Prayer as we prepare for our annual consecration. This year, the Fraternity is in the midst of its Apostolic Visitation, even welcoming the Visitators to Baltimore during this Novena and so, we ask, in particular, for your prayers and Masses as we again place ourselves confidently and firmly in the loving hands of our Blessed Mother. Join us in our Novena of Prayer and Masses as we consecrate our Fraternity and all those under our care to our Lady, that we may continue to do the good work our Lord has entrusted to us and that we may remain ever faithful in our charism!

Novena begins 2 February
